Amanda Smith is an exceptional consultant and coach with over 20 years of experience in HR and Change Management leadership. Her extensive expertise spans various industries, including IT, Telecommunications, Digital Design, Software Engineering, Policing, Health Insurance, Financial Services, Funeral, Childcare, Disability, Retail, and Food Manufacturing, encompassing everything from small businesses and startups to global enterprises.

Amanda possesses a deep understanding of people and the transformative potential of change, leveraging coaching practices to enhance performance. She collaborates with like-minded practitioners and clients who share her steadfast dedication to making a positive and meaningful impact.

As a Human Resources professional, Amanda is passionate about providing high-quality HR services for businesses of all sizes. She is committed to assisting business owners in establishing a solid foundation, reducing risks, and enabling them to concentrate on business growth.

Amanda holds a Master's degree in Business Coaching, Master’s in Commerce and Economics with a focus on Advanced Human Resource Management, and a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management.

Heather possesses extensive expertise in Human Resources, having led HR teams across diverse industries, including Health Insurance, Allied Health Services, Retail, Hospitality and Warehousing. She boasts a well-established track record of providing practical HR solutions that effectively align with an organization strategic objectives.

Her experience spans across many disciplines including handling complex case management, driving performance improvements, conducting workplace investigations, mediating conflicts and workplace health and safety. Additionally, she excels in delivering in-house training programs. Heather is renowned for her pragmatic approach, unwavering integrity, composure under pressure, adaptability to diverse environments, and her exceptional ability to connect with individuals.

For Heather, the cornerstone of a successful team lies in fostering a high level of trust, empowering individuals to attain their goals, nurturing curiosity and courage, all while infusing an element of enjoyment into the journey.

Heather holds a Masters degree in Employment Relations and a Graduate Certificate in Alternate Dispute Resolution from the University of Technology, Sydney. She also possesses a Graduate Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety Management from UNSW and a Certificate IV in Government Investigations.

She’s passionate about aligning HR strategies with business goals, boosting employee engagement, and driving performance improvement. Known for equipping decision-makers with data-driven insights and practical coaching, Ellen-Marie turns strategic plans into meaningful, on-the-ground results.

With a reputation for stability, collaboration, and a calm, methodical approach, Ellen-Marie is a trusted partner to business owners and leaders. Her natural patience, attention to detail, and ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships make her an invaluable part of any team. She thrives on empowering others, helping organisations unlock the potential of their people, and bridging the gap between vision and HR excellence.

Ellen-Marie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and a Certificate in Information Technology, along with Level One Organisational Coaching Certification from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL). Outside of work, she can be found by the beach or in the ocean, enjoying year-round swimming and her love for the water.

Elizabeth (Liz) is an experienced professional in the financial services sector, bringing a broad skill set that spans Change Management, Communications Strategy and Governance, Campaign Management, Employee Engagement, and end-to-end Project Delivery. As a certified content writer and plain language specialist, she’s skilled at crafting clear, engaging communications for both internal and external audiences.

Liz’s passion lies in building authentic, meaningful connections with stakeholders and fostering relationships that last. Her diverse experience has shaped an innovative mindset and a drive for continuous improvement, enabling her to approach challenges with a holistic view and deliver practical, balanced solutions for organisations of all sizes.

A committed advocate for cultural diversity and inclusion, Liz works with people from migrant backgrounds to create networking platforms that support personal and professional growth. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Law, and is a Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner.

Outside of work, Liz loves experimenting in the kitchen, tending to her garden, and finding new ways to bring creativity into her everyday life.
